Lessons can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice (prior to the lesson start time). You can book a make-up lesson online or by contacting us (see sidebar). We allow a maximum of 2 make-up lessons per term.

If there is a lesson you cannot attend during the term due to camps, excursions, family holidays etc. please make contact before the invoice is issued and your fee will be adjusted accordingly. Once payed, this invoice is non-refundable.

If your teacher cannot attend the scheduled lesson, we can arrange a make-up lesson or a suitable relief teacher, depending on your preference.
